Crossword Go Main Crossword Levels: Why the Order Matters

A guide to the main English Crossword Go sequence and why the walkthrough index keeps it separate from daily and bonus modes.

Crossword Go contains several puzzle modes in the same app. The main crossword progression, daily puzzles, picture crosswords, solo puzzles, and CJP packs can all use level numbers that start at one. That is why a plain search for “Level 1” is not enough on its own.

The primary sequence is listed as Main Crossword English - Control. Its first level is Crossword Go Level 1, followed by the next main English levels in numerical order. This is the sequence most players see when they begin the standard game.

The walkthrough index keeps that main progression first, then groups the alternate variants and other game modes separately. A level called “Level 1” in a daily or picture mode is a different puzzle, so its title and URL include the mode name.

When you are matching a puzzle from your phone, first identify the mode shown in the app. Then use the chapter selector or clue search. This prevents accidentally opening a similarly numbered puzzle from another mode.

For main progression help, start on the Crossword Go index and stay within the Main Crossword English - Control heading. The numbered list there follows the packaged order rather than mixing it with daily or bonus content.
